This is the Fine Arts Palace (Palacio de Bellas Artes), a prime example of the Baroque architecture used during Mexico City's public buildings around the turn of the 20th Century.

It is also home to the Ballet Folklorico, a must see spectacle of folk music and dance representing all regions and subcultures in Mexico.
