Just a few pics of my quick trip to Morelia, capital of the state of Michoacan. Enjoyed a special seasonal dish with an interesting history called Chile Nogada, large chile stuffed with meat, nuts, pomegranate seeds and spices - recipe and story. Hung out in the store and did a little sightseeing. Morelia has about 1.3 million population with a nice mix of the colonial, traditional and modern.
